            Job Description:  Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound of inventory such as: 
Managing and tallying incoming stock according to relevant documents 
Data processing of incoming stock into the system accurately 
Generate DO and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly 
Handling virtual goods (i.e. software license) delivery 
 Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow such as: 
Procurement Team: Handling stock discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently 
Alignment of product warranty 
Finance Team: Correspond with each other on required documents 
Sales Team: Stock movement and stock usage 
Arrangement of order fulfillment schedule for in-house drivers 
Generate and maintain logistic-related reports in an orderly manner 
Perform other administrative tasks assigned such as filing
