Job Summary We are seeking a driven and organized Logistics Executive to coordinate daily supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and transportation.
Responsibilities - Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and negotiate freight rates with forwarders
- Prepare, verify, and process complete shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by overseeing warehouse storage and reconciling stock discrepancies to prevent stock outs or overstocking
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transport providers to resolve bottlenecks, disputes, or delivery delays promptly
