Job Roles and Responsibilities
  • Relevant experience in medical device logistics operation, sales support and delivery, and related inventory management.
  • Preferably with dental background and knowledge.
  • Plan and manage inventory levels to support customer demand.
  • Monitor stock movement, demand trends, replenishment needs, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain planning parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and forecasts.
  • Analyze slow-moving, ageing, excess stock, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage, plan and schedule delivery activities in collaboration with internal operations team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
