            Responsibilities Receive and update car arrivals in system 
Verify warranty and servicing details 
Plan refurbishment work to meet KPI turnaround time 
Perform basic checks and complete inspection forms 
Liaise with vendors for car grooming and repairs 
Check car condition and prepare for delivery 
Plan and manage movement of cars 
Admin & Ad hoc Support 
Generate and attend to purchase orders 
Arrange inspections for road tax renewals 
Order number plates and parts accurately 
Manage loan cars and related documents 
Ensure showroom and cars are ready for audits and events 
Monitor stock movement and ensure smooth operations 
Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders 
Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Levels/ NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline 
Preferably with 2 to 3 years of administration operation experiences
