Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Logistics Officer to efficiently manage inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring timely coordination with shipping lines and freight agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of import/export documentation and hands‑on SAP experience, with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shipping lines and freight agents to arrange trailers and containers for inbound deliveries.
• Handle the full cycle of inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of customs documentation for Abu Dhabi and Dubai operations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate records of inbound shipments.
• Manage import and export clearance documentation, particularly for sea freight.
