What You Will Do

• Manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring compliance with contract terms, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and execute operational budgets, including forecasting and budget revisions for areas under responsibility.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with logistics providers and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
• Monitor warehousing, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, physical inventories, order fulfillment, shipping activities, and system accuracy.
• Oversee the order-to-cash process for direct sales, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Analyze kit utilization, inventory levels, surgical activity, operational costs, and invoicing data, providing recommendations to improve performance.
