Summary Serves as the Logistics Management Specialist with responsibility for direction and control of logistics planning that includes multiple activities and may include geographically separated areas where no supply chain management personnel are assigned. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to direct, develop and implement policy programs and procedures for the accurate management of Supply Chain Management (SCM) planning and provide administrative and technical oversight to a lower-graded specialist.
