Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Lab Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Shanghai Retail Lab. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of product samples, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring smooth facility operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, strong communication skills, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities Sample Lifecycle Management
+ Coordinate the complete journey of product samples, from supplier request to receipt at the lab through to final return or disposal.
+ Ensure onsite team is properly receiving, unpacking, assembly, labeling, and preparing samples for auditing.
+ Maintain accurate logs of all samples and their status.

Operational Support
+ Act as the point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and the lab.
