Assist in managing maintenance store inventory by receiving, storing, issuing, tracking spare parts and materials, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Support cycle counts and annual stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and system alignment.
Maintain proper storage conditions, labeling, organization, and 5S standards for spare parts and consumables.
Update inventory records in the system and monitor stock levels, highlighting low or critical spare requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure timely spare parts issuance and availability.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store efficiency, layout, and inventory control processes.
