            Responsibilities  Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. 
Arrange transportation, schedule pickups/deliveries, and communicate with carriers or freight forwarders. 
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as DOs, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation. 
Ensure all logistics transactions are updated accurately in ERP/WMS systems. 
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues, delays, or exceptions. 
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments (Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, Production) on logistics requirements. 
Track inventory movement and support monthly or periodic stock counts. 
Review freight charges, coordinate billing matters, and ensure cost accuracy. 
Ensure compliance with logistics SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
