Job Description
  • Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound inventory, such as managing and tallying incoming stock according to relevant documents.
  • Data processing of incoming stock into the system accurately.
  • Generate the delivery order and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly.
  • Handle virtual goods (e.g., software license) delivery.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow, including:
    • Procurement Team – handling stock discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Alignment of product warranty.
    • Finance Team – correspondence on required documents.
    • Sales Team – stock movement and usage.
  • Arrange the order fulfillment schedule for in‑house drivers.
  • Generate and maintain logistic‑related reports in an orderly manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned, such as filing.
