Job Description

The Logistics Executive will manage end‑to‑end sea and air freight operations (export and import), with a primary focus on strengthening the company’s sea freight capabilities. The role supports multiple customers, ensuring efficient cargo movement, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sea Freight Operations (Primary Focus)
• Handle full‑cycle sea freight export and import shipments (FCL & LCL).
• Arrange bookings with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.
• Coordinate cargo stuffing, VGM submission, and container release.
• Monitor vessel schedules, transshipment status, and arrival timelines.
• Manage Bill of Lading issuance, amendments, and surrender processes.
