Job Responsibilities
  • Responding on enquiries from customer & processing pricing estimates/quotations.
  • Co-ordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation.
  • Price reviewing.
  • Budgeting and analyzing.
  • Assists in preparing, analyzing customers and suppliers’ forecast actual demands, etc.
  • Support in monthly reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
  • Strong time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
