We are a small, friendly SME looking for someone with warehouse experience who is also comfortable driving and handling physical deliveries. Main Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain healthy stock levels to meet demand
- Conduct monthly stock checks and annual stock takes for accurate records
- Track all inventory movements: receipts, releases, transfer
2. Delivery Operations
- Deliver and collect goods - approx. 50% of the role
- Handle machine deliveries up to 150kg safely
- Ensure all delivery paperwork complies with rules and SOPs
3. Warehouse & Compliance Support
- Support receiving, stock-in, and stock-out activities
- Keep inventory neatly organized and separated byproduct type
- Assist with audits: prepare reports, explain variances, keep files updated
