            Responsibilities Execute daily warehouse activities, adhering to established procedures for timely execution. 
Prepare comprehensive import and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. 
Source and negotiate freight rates with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and third‑party logistics providers. 
Manage shipment bookings and actively monitor shipment status to ensure on‑time delivery. 
Handle permit declarations for import/export shipments efficiently. 
Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth execution of shipments. 
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. 
Maintain and update inventory records for incoming and outgoing cargo. 
Assist in conducting cycle counts and stock checks to uphold accuracy. 
Ensure optimal use of warehouse space, manpower, and equipment.
