We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and warehouse operations.
Schedule & Location Working hour: 7.30am - 4.45pm (Mon-Fri)
Venue: Tuas (company transport provided)
Export Container Planning & Execution - Plan export container load schedules and communicate sequences to internal and 3PL teams.
- Assign manpower and contractors for container loading activities.
- Verify packing list, seal number, stacking sequence, and bay allocation.
- Prepare and issue pre-loading instructions and post-loading documentation.
- Confirm SO closure and update dispatch checklist in WMS.
WMS & 3PL Coordination - Execute stock transfers to 3PL daily before 1500 hrs.
- Close export and local Sales Order after outbound confirmation.
- Troubleshoot and elevate WMS syncing or SO closure errors to IT.
