Coordinate and arrange local transportation for LCL, OOG (Out-of-Gauge), and break-bulk cargo for both import and export shipments

Plan, schedule, and coordinate cargo pickups and deliveries with internal operations teams, ports, and external stakeholders

Assess cargo requirements and select suitable truck/trailer types based on load specifications, route constraints, and site conditions

Liaise closely with customers, drivers, port personnel, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely job execution

Monitor job progress in real time, proactively resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to customers

Prepare and manage job documentation, including delivery orders, permits (if applicable), and proof of delivery (PODs)

Ensure accurate job closing and documentation to support billing and invoicing processes
