            Responsibilities  Input each pre-alert received (Mawb, BL, Courier waybills, and D.O. care-off parties) into the LMS software and Excel list. 
Create labels for every shipment. 
Enter all shipments that have been received (updating the Excel spreadsheet and LMS software). 
Put all paperwork in the appropriate vessel file. 
Verify and organise the upcoming day's supplies to the ship. 
Create a packing list before packing. 
For deliveries the following day, print the delivery note. 
Prepare the landing permit for the boarding officer. 
Pack and check (aided by warehouse personnel). 
Ensure every package is marked and has a photo taken for documentation. 
Update the warehouse loading sheet with location details. 
After packing, keep everything safe and tidy. 
Communicate with every Care-Off party present at the barge terminal (Loading Information).
