Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & HR Assistant to support our HR, and Logistics departments . This role involves handling data entry, maintaining accurate records, assisting with documentation, and performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities HR Support - Assist with data entry and updating employee records.
- Process Work Permit / S Pass applications, renewals, or cancellations.
- Support HR with documentation, filing, and preparation of reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Logistics Support - Assist with coordination of deliveries, shipments, and related documentation.
