. Manage forwarders and courier providers toensure cost effectiveness.
. Ensure customer order data accuracy in the ERP.
. Provide accurate periodic and adhoc reports.
. Ensure world class customer service is achieved.- Ensure compliance with company's sales policies and procedures.

Requirement
. Diploma in related discipline
. Excellent customer service skills
. A team player with the right attitude and willingness to learn
