            The Job  Prepare full-set import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, COO, Bills of Lading, insurance documents, and Letters of Credit 
Handle Customs Permit declarations and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations 
Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers for shipment bookings and logistics arrangements 
Source and negotiate competitive freight and transportation rates 
Monitor shipment movements and provide timely updates on delivery status 
Execute warehouse operations according to established SOPs and customer requirements 
Maintain accurate inventory records for inbound and outbound cargo movements 
Conduct cycle counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy 
Support warehouse planning, space utilization, and operational efficiency initiatives
