Prepare and process replenishment transfer orders, stock transfer orders (STO), and purchase orders (PO) in alignment with market forecasts and inventory control guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on supply and pricing matters, ensure accuracy of sales pricing, and execute timely, compliant order processing in SAP.
Work with third-party logistics providers to manage delivery planning and operational matters, ensuring accurate processing of Post Goods Issue (PGI) and invoicing in SAP.
Generate outbound shipments in SAP for shipment cost tracking, monitor vessel schedules, and coordinate vessel bookings with logistics partners.
Coordinate with POSM planners to ensure timely shipment and delivery of Point-of-Sales Materials to customers.
