            Job Description  Coordination with Sales dept. regarding LC opening and request of amendment if there is any. 
Monitoring of shipping schedule from each factory and LC follow sheet furnished by Sales dept. 
Examine, check and verify LC conditions for compliance. 
Prepares Shipping Instructions with CO instructions (if required by customer) and send them to factories along with LC copy. 
Coordination with Advising Banks on Arrival, Confirmation of LC, update LC follow and monitoring receipt of original LC. 
Coordination with the Accounts department for payments to Shipping Co., Embassies, Chamber of Commerce, etc. 
Coordination with respective factories for document copies needed for the preparation of LC documents for negotiation. 
Coordination with Shipping Companies regarding confirmation and BL issuance and shipping certificates (if required on LC) in Dubai.
