Overview Responsible of all outbound inventory stocks deliveries to Thomson Medical Centre as well as the Thomson Specialist clinics. Includes managing the goods return from wards, coordinate on any urgent/emergency item request from nursing wards/clinics/departments for after office hours deliveries as well as organizing stocks inventory items in warehouse.
Responsibilities - Carry out daily logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and delivering goods.
- Generate pick lists and pack items based on ward requisitions.
- Perform quality and quantity inspections on goods received from vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular inventory stock takes to ensure accurate records.
- Monitor inventory expiry dates and ensure timely usage or disposal.
- Prepare pick lists using the ERP Inventory system.
- Deliver and collect patient case notes between wards and the Medical Records Office.
