Job Description
Handle incoming and outgoing shipment paperwork, including order entry, billing, and shipping documentation.
Arrange transport for goods, liaise with carriers, and schedule pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely movement of products.
Track and monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and report discrepancies or shortages to maintain stock accuracy.
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and logistics inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, including shipping details, carrier information, and customer delivery confirmations.
Monitor shipment progress, track orders in transit, and resolve issues related to delays or damaged goods.
