• Board Certified Vascular Surgery - REQUIRED
• Active VA License & DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
• BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
• Clean background for Temp Privs - REQUIRED
License Requirements: • Virginia
Practice Setting: Hospital coverage
• Call Ratio: 2-4 call nights per week, can vary.
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 3
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
• Patient Age Demographic: adult - geriatric

Aneurysm repairs, Thoracic, Abdominal, Arterial bypass, Peripheral, Vascular Access Devices, AV shunt
