Key Responsibilities

• Provide call-only coverage with a beeper system, ensuring a 30-minute response time.
• Maintain a call ratio of 1:5, with a callback rate of approximately 30%.
• Handle an average call volume of 3 phone consultations, 2 patient visits, and 1 admission every 24 hours.
• Work within a Level 3 pediatric facility.
• Perform laparoscopic surgeries including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and Nissen fundoplication.
• Demonstrate skills in head/neck, chest wall, breast, and vascular surgeries.
