Job Title: Locum Physiotherapist

Location: Templestowe Lower, VIC

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team on a locum basis. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with physiological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients with a range of physiological conditions
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document patient records accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers.
• Contribute to discharge planning and referrals as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA GENERAL registration.
