            Locum/ Perm Homecare Staff Nurse (East/Up to $32/hr/ Office hours)  Job Responsibilities  Perform home visits to chronic ill/palliative patients who are being referred 
Conduct nursing assessment on the patient 
Coordinate with doctor for medical assessment and follow-up visits to patient 
Monitor current medication and compliance as prescribed by the doctor 
Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, insertion of urine catheter, insertion of naso-gastric tube and care of tubings as required 
Initiate nursing care plan and implement new measures of management 
Educate caregivers/families on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuation of care at home 
 Requirements  Palliative-trained or with home care experience required 
Valid SNB and BCLS 
Able to work 2-4 days a week (Mon-Fri office hours)
