We are looking for GPs who relish working in a fast‑paced, patient‑first service. This role is for our @Home service which provides care for patients across Lambeth & Southwark.

The post‑holder will provide GP care to patients within their home, managing a caseload and dealing with a wide range of health needs, ensuring the highest standards of care for all patients.

You will work closely with other members of SELDOC's multi‑disciplinary team consisting of other GPs & Advanced Care Practitioners (ACPs) from different professional backgrounds.

The patients will remain registered with their usual GP, but the GP will work with the @Home nursing staff in order to provide medical support and clinical leadership to the service, coordinating care with the multi‑disciplinary team, involving both social services and secondary care clinicians.
