This is a PART-TIME job (10 am - 2 pm). The Local IT person will provide on-site technical support for our Guadalajara office (CDMX support if needed). This role serves as the local hands‑on extension of our external IT provider based in New York, executing tasks that require physical presence and providing first‑line support to end users.
REQUIREMENTS - 3+ Hands‑on experience with Windows and macOS workstation troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, router/switch configuration, Wi‑Fi management, cabling.
- Experience managing printers, peripherals, and basic server/NAS hardware.
- Ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory / Google Workspace user management.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
- English full professional proficiency.
