To provide excellent customer service and assist the patient care team by providing casting and medical assistance to licensed providers during patient clinic visits or in the emergency center. Responsibilities include:
- Applying casts, splints, and performing basic hardware maintenance.
- Educating families on cast maintenance and skin care after cast removal.
- Documenting patient care accurately and timely.
- Managing casting and clinic supplies, including updating PAR levels and ensuring exam rooms are stocked.
