            Responsibilities  Prepare financial analysis and credit assessment reports for bilateral and syndicated loan facilities 
Review credit-related contracts and legal documentation 
Prepare credit memos for approval and signing 
Handle customer KYC matters, including onboarding and periodic CDD reviews 
Liaise with internal and external parties on credit and compliance matters 
 Qualifications for the position include:  At least 1 year(s) of experience in credit analysis for syndication and bilateral loans. 
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Banking & Finance and related majors. 
Able to communicate with Head Office in Taiwan and Taiwanese clients. 
 Skillsrequired:  Banking / Finance > Analysis / Credit Analysis / Approval 
Banking / Finance > Loan / Mortgage/others 
Quick learner who has high adaptability and Good knowledge of MS Word/ Excel
