Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Support Clerk to join our growing loan operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and organization of borrower and loan documentation. This position supports loan processors and servicing teams by ensuring documents are properly scanned, indexed, verified, and readily accessible.
Key Responsibilities

+ Scan, index, and maintain borrower and loan documentation within internal systems

+ Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper classification

+ Organize and manage both digital and physical filing systems in accordance with company procedures
