Formulate and implement strategies to help meet monthly targets and sustain good business.
Generate new accounts set by management according to targets.
Recruit, develop and maintain agents.
Keep the agents on active status by setting regular meetings on a periodic basis to update them of the company and markets new developments, and hear them out if they have inputs in their business dealings with the Bank.
Explore and provide resolution to address clients and agents concern in doing business with the Bank.
