Experience Required

• Minimum 1.5 years’ experience for Junior level or 4.5 years’ experience for Intermediate level.
• Previous experience in a similar settlements, mortgage, lending, or financial services role.
• Strong customer service background.
• Understanding of settlement and mortgage lodgement processes.
• Experience working with strict SLAs and settlement deadlines.
• Knowledge of the PEXA platform is desirable.
