Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of all company financial data, complying with sound accounting principles and local laws.
Develop and implement work standards, controls, and product enhancements to support quality improvement and efficiency.
Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP, government regulations, and corporate policies, working with internal and external auditors to demonstrate compliance.
Determine the impact of legislative and corporate changes in GAAP and develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Direct monthly general ledger closing to ensure that all financial and cash reports are available accurately and timely.
Coordinate monthly balance sheet reconciliation for the countries within the district and prepare explanations on variances.
Lead the budget preparation for all countries in the district.
