Use multiple operational processes to correctly receive, process and dispatch high‑value freight in accordance with individual customer requirements while complying with all regulatory, company and ISO requirements related to the storage and movement of goods to worldwide destinations.
Support the Manager/Team Leader by performing additional defined duties, including short‑term work allocation, conducting procedural checks, resolving exception situations, and reporting.
Ensure that issues are resolved or reported to the correct department or area and that supplies of daily consumables are sufficient.
Perform defined security and safety checks on freight/goods and comply with all legal, regulatory and ISO requirements when operating equipment, processing, storing and releasing freight/goods.
Perform periodic and defined procedural checks or audits on key processes and report compliance.
