Assist the LIVE manager with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, document preparation, filing, and work follow-up.
Responsible for daily LIVE scheduling, process tracking, pre-LIVE preparation, and on-site coordination to ensure the stable and orderly conduct of the LIVE.
Timely and accurately collect, organize, and summarize LIVE data and related reports.
Communicate and coordinate with the host, LIVE control staff, logistics staff, and personnel from other departments.
Track and manage LIVE materials, props, equipment, and supplies to ensure full preparation before LIVE events.
Timely execute tasks assigned by the manager, report work progress, and complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
