Job Duties

• woking on customer site, at Semiconductor clean room
• support all IPD customer under CSPL region for software issue
• software issue trouble shoot, including report to customer
• Lithograty tool or surrounding supporting software setup
• Learn Lithography tool fundamental knowledge and operation
• Prepare software release note for customer (documentation with English)
• weekend, public holidays, night time support could be happened, not so often but have cases
• Oversea business trip, mainly south east asia region or Japan, Taiwan, India(future)
• collaborate work with on-site team member engineers, or oversea the company software engineer
• communication, report to customer directly
• escalate to Japane headquaters if necessary
• Plan trainning or educate software info to other engineer or team members
• Bridging Japan and local engineer for software issue
