The Intervention Teacher (Lead Teacher) designs and delivers high-quality lessons, collaborates with a supporting teacher, and fosters a positive and inclusive environment. This role is essential in supporting AXL Academy's academic achievement goals and ensuring equitable access to learning for all students.
