Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, you will support daily store operations by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with team supervision, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. You must follow all company policies and regulatory requirements related to the sale and service of alcohol.
Responsibilities
- Assist Liquor Store Managers with daily supervision, task prioritization, and team follow-up
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Receive deliveries, verify orders, and complete required documentation
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate inventory records
