Provide Tier 2 support for Linux OS and services by deploying and managing critical components of the Linux ecosystem - including enterprise and FOSS applications, infrastructure systems, backup solutions, and security services - both on premises and in cloud environments to ensure effective deployment, scalability, and security
Conduct regular health checks on system and network components to preempt potential issues
Execute comprehensive data backup and restoration strategies to safeguard critical information
Identify, diagnose, and promptly resolve escalated technical issues while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
