Manny's Parkside is looking for a dedicated team member to join our team in the position of Line Cook/Prep Cook.
This position ranges from part-time to full-time hours during the busy season with various shifts available. This position will be responsible for preparing food/cooking ingredients and assisting kitchen staff. Position Summary:
The Line Cook prepares food to the exact Chef's specifications.
This position involved the preparation of ingredients for service, including tasks such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
The Line Cook assists with menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staff. The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
This position is responsible for undertaking basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, etc.
