Line Cook Shift: 2nd Shift, 2-10PM Reports to: Restaurant Manager Job Summary: The Line Cook will staff our 24-hour, dine-in restaurant for first, second, and third shifts.
This positon will work an average of 32-36 hours weekly, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts.
The cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.
The cook is responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste and fraud.
