Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Escondido is seeking a full-time Line Cook Lead to support kitchen operations and provide on-the-line leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.

This role is ideal for an experiencedLead Line Cook or Kitchen Supervisor who excels at both execution and team leadership. You will play a critical role in driving food quality, consistency, and speed during service, while coaching and supporting the kitchen team.

The Line Cook Lead owns final plate execution—including plating, garnishing, and timing—ensuring every dish meets our standards and reaches our guests (“fans”) at the right moment.
