Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of lifting equipment, rigging, and load-handling techniques
• Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage crane operators and riggers
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities on-site
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lifting plans
• Valid lifting supervisor certification or equivalent
