Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
• Act safely while holding responsibility for health and safety of all pool users and oversee operations of the building.
• Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring safety of customers during facility use.
• Deliver first‑class customer service, dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner and going above and beyond to deliver the highest standards.
• Ensure first‑class cleanliness and execute cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications

A National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential. Candidates who are competent swimmers and safety conscious will be considered and supported to achieve the qualification.
