**Job Description**

Stanford University is seeking a Life Science Research Professional 1 (2 years fixed-term) for the Seeholzer lab in the Department of Neurobiology to contribute to research on the cellular and molecular mechanisms of airway sensation and respiratory reflexes. Our lab investigates how airway epithelial cells detect environmental cues and communicate with the brain, spanning from ion channels and cell signaling to conscious perception and behavior.

This position is well-suited for a motivated recent graduate who is committed to building the research skills and publication record needed to apply to PhD or MD-PhD programs.
