- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
- Translates engineering realities into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.Answer the technical questions that team or stakeholders have.
- Schedules OnCall Support.
- Manages incident and constantly improve the percentage of incidents resolved within SLA.
